Hi, I got this new iPhone 14 plus Telus mobility plan from a designated Telus mobility centre and my account was suspended due to suspicious usage less than 6 hours after setting up the phone. I have sent all the required documents via email and want to know how soon it will be rectified as I am in dire need of my line back. I will appreciate any feedback.

The Fraud departments of all carriers is a black hole from which no information is released until they finalize their decision, unfortunately. 😢

I have the same issue has it been solved for you yet?

I reached out to their customer service, told to submit some documents and it was resolved after 5 business days.
