I purchased the 30 day pass while in Europe and used it for 4 days. I returned to Canada for about a week and now I am planning to return to Europe. Counting consecutive days from when the pass was originally purchased, there is still about 15 days left on the pass. Will the pass still be valid once I'm Europe again?
The Telus website says that the pass is "deactivated" once you return to Canada, but it doesn't say anything about the ability to re-activate once I go back to Europe, since there is still 15 days left on the pass.
It seems crazy that I would have to buy two separate 30 days passes if I'm still within the original 30 day window.

Hi! The 30-day pass you purchased is based on a consecutive day count from the date you first activated it. So, if you initially activated the pass, used it for 4 days, and then returned to Canada, the consecutive day count includes all days, whether you are in Europe or Canada.
In other words, the pass continues to count down the 30 days from the activation date without pausing when you're back in Canada. This means that, if there are still about 15 days left on your pass, it should still be valid when you return to Europe, as long as you are within that 30-day period from your original activation date.
To double-check the exact remaining days on your pass, you can log in to your account through the TELUS website or the My TELUS app:
