Emails will not send and go to the outbox. When I open the outbox, I am presented with an orange box that says "Couldn't send email There was a problem connecting to the server. Your email will be sent as soon as the connection is restored." This happen every single day - all day. When I come home and connect to wifi they send! Anyone have a fix for this? Have powered the phone down numerous times and sometimes they will send and sometimes not. have checked the imap and smtp settings - all good.
I assume you are talking about your telus email and not some other email service?
Have you migrated to the Google mail system yet or are you on the old Telus email system?
When you say you checked the smtp setting and it was "all good" what are you comparing it to?
