Discrepency between bill and what i was told on the phone.

I am new to Telus, recently moving over from Rogers. The reason I moved to Telus is because they called and offered me a deal. I have 2 lines, and these lines were regular 80 dollars per month, but Telus offered them to me at 37.50 per month when they called.

 

I agreed, and they shipped out two sim cards. I was told to put sim cards in phone, port over my old numbers, ect

 

So i did that, but now my bill comes up and its ridiculous. It shows 80 dollars per line (Which isnt the 37.50 it should be) and it includes the connection fee of 60 dollars per line (Which i was told would be waived)

 

Any help is appreciated, as well as a way to contact an actual human being for help.
