Did you know you cannot use a non-Telus eSIM-card?

I bought an eSIM card from another company and properly installed it. With no notice, easy roaming charges for 3 days appeared on my bill. Only when I called was I informed that I had to use a Telus eSim card. The data I used in the US came from my e-Sim card. No advanced warning, no budging on the charges, and now no customer. Well done! Good-bye, Telus.

Hello. If planning to use a U.S. eSIM, it's always possible to have our Mobility team remove the roaming codes on your account to prevent these types of charges. You can always check with the other provider to inquire further.
