I have been on hold for 3 1/2 hours. I was in que for live chat and they shutdown. I also sent an e-mail regarding the 10G for $60.00. I recently finished my contract and spoke to a rep the beg of Dec.
I'm exhausted and am afraid to hang up.
It would be nice to know where you are in the que to know if they are even monitoring the phones.
I'm loosing my patience very quickly.
I only heard of Telus matching Roger late this evening.
I would have loved a text or e-mail with the offer. I have been a Telus customer for over 15 years.
I don't know what to do. I have to get up for work in 5 hours.

I feel for you. I have been a customer for about 30 years. It makes no difference. Customer service is not important to Telus. It has been 6 days I have been waitin for service.
