Iām wondering how I would go about having Telus contact me to discuss leasing land in rural manitoba where there is absolutely no service, and inquire about having a tower put up. I have 65 acres of agricultural land.

Telus has exceedingly few towers in Manitoba. Most are around Winnipeg and a few in Brandon. For the majority of the province, Telus is sharing the existing Bell towers. As Bell is MTS, you're more likely to get Bell to consider it as they have far more infrastructure in rural Manitoba. Installing a tower is also a complex process that can take years.
