I want to know if it’s possible to cancel my service without a cancellation fee or buyout. I’m extremely dissatisfied with my service, not that Telus has cared to answer any of my complaints or questions. Each month I am charged double what I was quoted for my home security, then I have to spend hours of my time on hold to rectify my bill. I’m beyond at my breaking point for this horrible service and a joke of customer service. It really cannot be that hard to charge me what my original contract states. Telus is a below mediocre provider that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. So if you have any advice on how to get out of my contract without paying them any more money I would love to hear it.

You agree to a contract and must pay the amount shown on the signed contract and no more. If you pay the higher amount it is your fault, not Telus. Once you pay the higher amount you have agreed to the renegotiated amount. Good luck sorting that out with ai.
