Can send sMS but cannot receive???

Hello Everyone.

I have an LG Optimus L5 and I have the Prepaid plan: 

Unlimited Local Weekend Calling + Messaging 20

I have plenty of time left on the account, and I am able to send SMS text messages but I am not recieving the ones coming in to me. What can I do to fix this?

Hi, were you able to receive messages before? Are you having this issue with everyone who's trying to send text messages to your device? Since when are you using this device? Were you using an iphone device before?
