5 mobile devices all with telus and all our calls keep dropping wherever we are. It's infuriating. We have called customer service and their solution was to turn our phone off then on. All our phone calls still drop. What is going on? This issue has been going on since August.
Ours are doing the same thing they drop or we can’t hear each other cutting out or very delayed responses. So frustrating! I don’t want to wait for an hour to just be told to restart the phones which we have tried as well as did Carrier and phone updates.
