I want add a new unlimited access tablet plan $10 to my account but classic TELUS style they don't have anyway for me to add it online. Forcing me to reach to a in person kiosk to get charged like $50.
What kind of customer service is that?

Hello. There is a chance that your actual plan may not be compatible with data sharing, though if you're being told to reach to a person at a kiosk, it may. Your best bet would be to either tether to your phone or reach out to our Mobility team at 1-866-558-2273 to see what they can get done for you.
