I'm a current Telus Mobility customer, and my 2-year Bring It Back period ends on March 1, 2025. If I want to upgrade my device before then, can I simply bring my phone back to the store, pay the remaining balance, and start a new term? Or are there any penalties for upgrading early?

Hi @DanDuivel You can upgrade at anytime. If you want to renew early, you will pay the device balance on your next bill and if you return your device in-store then that's all you will pay
