The other day my screen broke on my Samsung Z flip 4 . Trying to call Asurion , after 4 time of me trying to enter my # and being hung up by Asurion cause I was unable to enter my number . Am thankful Telus was able to patch me threw . So they can't replace the screen so my only option was to pay $400 plus taxes as a deductible . With in days i get a email about return damaged device or face a $1000. non return fee when the box clearly states its up to $400. fee . This is insurance on what they say in a $1200. phone. Telus needs to fix their coverage . My phone has only been with Telus since march not a day goes by that I don't regret going to Telus
Hands down the Worst insurance I ever had. and I will be taking steps to find another option .
Asurion is a complete waste of money on a 2yr contract they get $360. plus $450. deductible for a phone I only paying Telus $120.
