I have activated my account as requested. But it will not complete. Advises me that awaiting account holder approval. I AM THE ACCOUNT HOLDER
then it tells me wrong account number. Telus gave me the account number
they won’t get paid until I can get into this account or leave this nightmare.

Are you referring to your online account access? If so, be careful to not include any spaces into the account number field as it may register as a character. Also try dropping the last digit of the account number.
