Trouble Sending RCS Messages
Hello, My wife and I each upgraded our Pixel 7s to Pixel 9s. Her upgrade went well, but mine had issues. Phones are all Telus phones. Since upgrading, I'm not able to send RCS messages with Go...

Official Support TeamThanks for following up and I found this note in my system regarding a possible issue with RCS. "RCS not registering after device swap/upgrade (Android Only)." So basically our support team is investigating an issue with this service and we'll keep you posted.
Any update? I have the same problem after going threw the same steps tier 2 tech support has told me that there is no known fix at this time...
- No, there was not. I engaged Google Support for awhile and sent some bug reports from my Pixel. Eventually, after 3-4 weeks, it just started working and has been working fine since.
