Just Moved In

i can receive emails via my blackberry email but I am unable to reply or send from the same account. Hva tried telus customer service but it either takes far too much time to speal with someone and there is never any agents available via the 'chat" option.


Hi, are you able to use a different email from this phone? The first thing to do is to confirm that your mobile data is working. If the data works, I don't think it's a network issue. Can you let us know which Rim device you're using? The issue can be with your B.I.S. account. Tell us more and we'll be able to help.
