Just Moved In
I payed my phone bill before it was due and it says that I haven't yet,why is this? And also when I try to call it says that I should contact a service provider (why isn't my calling workijg?) thanks! 🙂

Hi, the payments, depending how they were made, can take up to 3-4 days before being processed. If you still can't make phone calls, you should contact Telus for support. Is your evice showing that it's connected to the Telus network?
