ever since i've had my iPhone 4 it doesn't find any wifi signals, whether home, at work or at startbucks for instance, nothing ever pops up.  I've tried, rebooting. reseting network, reseting the whole phone, turning wifi on and off (everything Apple support says to do) and nothing has worked.  Any ideas?

In Settings > Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi must be on, and Ask to Join Networks must be on.

The networks you are trying to connect to must be broadcasting their SSID, else they will not be visible to you, and not discoverable to your phone.
