I ordered the 11 Pro in midnight green, 64gb on October 4th through TWA, recieved confirmation the same day but another email on the 8th saying my number couldn't be ported, but that my order had been processed and submitted to the warehouse. Since October 4th I've been checking the order tracker everyday but it's the same message, 5-7 days for delivery but I haven't received any shipping information along with a service contract. I've tried contacting TWA support, as well as client care and no one has really been that helpful. Any idea on what's going on and when I should expect my phone to arrive?
