If you're activating a new phone number, visit https://mobility.telus.com/en/AB/activatehandset/... If you're looking to transfer your current existing phone number to the new sim, log in your online account at telusmobility.com, under Your Account>Device>Change device>Click "I want to change a SIM card. You can also always reach Telus or go to a Telus store for assistance.

Hey, If you already have an account you just need to log in into your account and register new simcard from there.

If you are looking to activate your phone and get new phone number you can click on this link: http://mobility.telus.com/en/BC/Getting_started/whb_prepay_activation.shtml

If you're having issues and you cannot complete process from the website, you can call 18665582273. There is no fee to do the process over the phone.
