block a phone number on my cell phone

I want to block a phone number from sending text messages to my Autotel3293A phone.  where do I find the instructions.  I phoned *611 and was told but could not do it.  I need to see it in print.

my phone is a Alcatel A392A  I misunderstood Emanuel on the phone

909-589-1586 they are scams.

Also can you increase the number of voicemails my phone can have.

You can't block numbers on that phone. You can download a full manual here:

Forward messages to 7726 (SPAM) number to flag spammers.

Blocking a caller ID won't help, since spammers usually spoof their numbers.
