so, I checked devices out and so on I checked prices of plans anyhow on 80 a month and when I want to upgrade, they won't let me keep the 80 a month I was told its Grandfathered. what can I do to fight this thanks?

@HOTROD1975  Grandfathered plans are what they say no longer available. You change plans you pay for the new plan.  Possible to move sim to new phone should stay grandfathered unless you are buying phone on new payment contract. Research it to be sure.

You can buy a phone outright. If you want a subsidized phone, you need to purchase a current plan.
