WiFI not Working on my Samsung Galaxy Discovery

Hello all,


I just got Telus internet service yesterday, and since then, my phone, a Samsung Galaxy Discovery, has failed to connect via WiFi to the new router (it says connected but the icon stays grey). If anyone can help me get it working with it, I'd appreciate the help!

Are you sure you're not actually connected? Try turning your data off and connecting to the router to be sure. Once connected try going to a website you've never used before like Google Australia.

Also I'd recommend power cycling your router. Unplug it and wait a second or two and plug it back in.
