Who is it at Telus that leaves messages on my Koodo voice mail that uses ‭(833) 390-3721‬. I would appciate that if someone  from Telus ask then cease and desist from doing so.

Most likely not Koodo or Telus but a scam caller.   Just block the number on your phone.
