For some reason, I don't receive an option to play the voicemail along with the text transcript. I have a Google Pixel 7 Pro. My wife on the same plan has an iPhone and hers works perfectly. Several calls to support and no resolution.
Searching Telus, I get erroneous/outdated suggestions i.e:
This feature worked fine on Bell, so it's not a h/ware issue.
I also have an issue with voicemail notification permanently on, not sure if this is related. I've tried everything except wiping the phone to no avail.
