Does Telus have any humans still working for them. All I ever get is a useless stupid chat or that does nothing but give me the runaround. When I get back to CANADA I’ll be dropping my Telus Mobility account

saw your reply..i don't use any social platforms.so when i try to contact telus online i am given a choice of social platforms only. seeing that i am not offered a way to contact telus online perhaps my problem can be addressed here. once the chat assistance is opened it can't be closed. where is the end chat option.
