Upload Error

I'm trying to upload a file using Box mobile web site, however, I'm getting the following error:

Upload Rate Limit Exceeded

What is my "Upload Rate Limit", and is it set by my phone, or Telus Mobility?

Hi, in order to help you, I'll need to have more details.  Which device are you using and if you do a google search, are you able to see if other users were able to do it before you?
