I'll be calling Telus to unlock my phone. On the website, they are recommending to call from another phone, which I don't have. Is it possible to call from the same phone? What is required, the IMEI?
You can’t confirm the process without disconnecting the call. Surely you have a friend or family member who can help you out for the price of a coffee.
