Transfer the data from iPhone 5 to PC

Hello,

I have a question about my iPhone. When i contect my iPhone with Pc, it doesn't word, do you know why?  I want to transfer my data to PC, but now, i can't do it.

What data do you want to transfer? Most information on an iPhone is managed, backed up, etc through iTunes. If you have not done so already, download and install iTunes from the Apple website. Open iTunes and connect your device then follow the instructions.

The Media on the phone will be saved in the iTunes media libraries on your PC.
