Porting from Bell

Are all customer care centers closed? I ported over from Bell earlier today and after being on the phone for about an hour and a half my wife's phone didn't work. Went into the store to get a new SIM as directed by customer care after waiting there for about an hour they mentioned the port for my wife's phone wasn't done properly. The manager lf the store did send me home with a new SIM card just in case. Just trying to get my wife's phone working
