Recently my bottom buttons have stopped working, they will stop working for a day or so and then come back on for a couple of hours and then off again. Anything I can do because it gets pretty annoying having to turn your phone off and on every time you need to hit the back button or home button. Please help!!

BackUp your phone information with samsung kies, its an easy download its just like apple itunes, then do a factory data reset on your phone.

Hello there,
The first I would suggest you to do is to do a back up of your information and update software to the latest one. If after doing it it is still doing the same I would suggest you to check the warranty of your phone and approach to any Telus Store they should be able to assist you! :') I hope this would help you!
