Online sim order

Just Moved In

I placed an online order for a sim card on November 28th and got an email saying the order has been shipped on November 29th. The email said a tracking number is included but there was none.

On the order status check page, all I can see is that the order has shipped.

I live in Toronto not some remote, hard to reach region. Is there any way to track what's happening with the order?

Why should a simple sim card order to Toronto take over a week with no way to track the progress and customer support so difficult to reach..?
