Online ordering taking forever?

Just Moved In
I placed an order via the Telus app on April 7th for a refurbished iPhone 14 Plus and received the order confirmation email with my order number and it said I should receive a shipping confirmation email shortly once it’s been shipped. It has now been 2 full weeks and I have yet to receive a shipping confirmation email. I have checked constantly and checked my junk mail. On the app it says the status is just ‘Order placed’ ….im moving at the end of the month so it’s important that I receive it by then. No idea what’s going on ..


The message you receive after playing an order is an automated message.  There are a number of factors that can delay an order, like available stock, waiting for the transaction to fully clear, if the item is coming from a third party, and many other reasons.  Once the order is ready to ship, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking information.
