Online ordering taking forever?
I placed an order via the Telus app on April 7th for a refurbished iPhone 14 Plus and received the order confirmation email with my order number and it said I should receive a shipping confirmation email shortly once it’s been shipped. It has now been 2 full weeks and I have yet to receive a shipping confirmation email. I have checked constantly and checked my junk mail. On the app it says the status is just ‘Order placed’ ….im moving at the end of the month so it’s important that I receive it by then. No idea what’s going on ..2.2KViews0likes2Comments
