Moto G

I have a corporate plan with Telus, and I'm interested in buying the Moto G at full-price (no-term) and replacing my outdated phone. The problem is that the Moto G uses a Micro-Sim, and my old phone used a regular SIM card. I'm wondering if I can cut the Sim down to Micro-sim size and use it in the Moto G.

Hi Leafs99!

Technically you "could"... but Telus wouldn't support or recommend you to do so! Easiest way would be to purchase a new sim card (they go for around $10 or so) and do a free device swap/sim card change through your online account.

I've read elsewhere in this forum (http://forum.telus.com/t5/Mobility-Devices/Regular-SIM-card-to-Micro-SIM/td-p/14935) that for corporate accounts, the option to swap the line to a new sim isn't available, at least online.

Hi, you'll always be able to do it over the phone, if it's not available for you online.
