With the news today of LG launching the Marshmallow update for the G4 to a larger market (Korea: http://phandroid.com/2015/11/04/lg-g4-marshmallow-update-korea/ ), is there an estimated time frame for the Marshmallow launch on TELUS? I understand the update process can be lengthy, but the sooner we have an ETA the better. It is also worth mentioning that it is not listed on the update schedule posted elsewhere on the Neighbourhood.

LG has not made any announcements about a Canadian release yet. Once that happens, then Telus will get the update and after testing etc, will release it. Previously when Lollipop was released, Canada got the update 4-5 months after Europe did. Korea is LG's home turf. They'll likely get it first there either way.

Rogers has announced an LG G4 release of Marshmallow in late January. Chances are Telus will follow suit in or around the same timeframe, as they really stripped down custom work on the ROM.
Then again, there's always a way of flashing a Rogers ROM on a Telus phone... 😉
