How do I get my call history

Your device phone log, ‘My Account’, and your monthly bill, all contain a listing of calls.

You should be able to request it through billing.  There is a charge for it though usually.  How far it can go back, I have no idea.  You should be able to view it online within your Telus as well and print it there for free.
