How do I call forward on my new IPHone 5C and then disable the call forwarding feature when done

Hi, you can try these codes as well.
Activate: *21* + area code + phone number + # + SEND
Deactivate: #21# + SEND

**Note: Make sure that call forwarding is part of your plan because if not then the minutes per call forward will be deducted on the minutes of your plan, LD or Local. Also if you ran out of minutes you'll be charged of the overage rate per minute.
