Bill Date - Due Date
I wish Telus would just print the DUE Date on my bill versus making me guess. I have automatic payment set up. Telus does say on page 2, "
The total due will be charged to your bank account 15 days from your bill date". Ambiguous or what? Still do not know where o where on the pdf bill it states the date my payment is due. Makes it tricky.

Hey Ingebelle yeah that's frustrating, it should be clearer for sure. Your bill date is at the top of the bill, and the due date is always 15 days after that. If you need a hand figuring out the exact date, we can walk you through it.

My bill states “due upon receipt” and a payment through a bank can be expected to take 3 days. If I recall, the contract describes grace periods.
Since you have automatic debit, they have in effect notified you that the due date is 15 + 3 days from the bill date.
