I have a samsung S24 and roughly from July 2024 I have dropped at least 4 or 5 calls per week!!!!! This is absolutely unaccepatble service!!!! My daughter who lives with me, switched to a different proivider and has not dropped a call since. Today is Jan 8 2025 and I have dropped 3 calls already today.
90% of all calls are from my home address but happens alot all over Okotoks
WHAT IS GOING ON??????
Telus support tells me that they are chaging out 4g nodes to 5G nodes...I cal BS!!!!!!
Either get me an answer or I will be moving from Telus!!!!!
