Trying to return a phone - on the bring it back program. Telus sent a Purolator waybill to attach to the package. Awesome - but you need to drop it off at a Purolator depot. We don't have one in my community. The closest is almost an hour away. I have now been on the phone with Telus for 1 hour and 3 min (and counting) as they look for a solution. Funny - i dealt with a similar issue with Amazon this morning. In less than 30 seconds they gave me 3 other options, I picked one. they sent me the new shipping form and i was off the call. Took less than 4 min it total from dialling the number. Why is Telus so bad at this?
