I'm JS a contributor here. Try this: If you go into Apps->Settings>wi-fi, check the indicator on the right side of the screen and there should be a little highlighted switch that says "ON/OFF", tap that switch and that should turn the Wi-Fi feature on. If that does not work then try turning the phone off, counting 5 seconds then turn the phone back on as that may reset the Wi-Fi feature and then you should be able to use the Wi-Fi
