My friend's phone is provided and paid for by her employer. They are cool with her using it for personal, but they only give 1GB data. She can't seem to register her number on My Telus (among other things, she doesn't know the postal code for billing that My Telus asks).
But surely she can just give Telus some money to add a topup or a fast pass for a month? Has anyone been able to do this?
Semi-related: why is 3GB FastPass cheaper than 1GB data topup? Surely 3 is greater than 1? I can't see any functional difference between a FastPass and a data topup.
