I can't seem to be able to change my sim card. I am on my account and I clicked plan and devices. I don't see anywhere that I can change my sim card. These are the options that I have below.

You need to give Customer Care a call. Due to SIM swap scams, it needs to be done by someone at Telus.

Hey @pinny - if you go to My TELUS, please click on Plans & devices>Device>Change a SIM card on the right-hand side.
This is through the website so I recommend doing that there
