Cell phone voicemail - adjust number of rings before it pick up

Caller to my cell phone are complaining about the time and number of rings they endure before my voicemail kicks in... can I reduce the rings? If yes, how? I have gone through Telus voicemail prompts and can't find a solution.

I think the other one is in the correct section as voice mail is attached to the service not the device.
