BlackBerry Z10 Listing as Not compatible with Network on iMEI check

Hi there,

I have a BlackBerry z10 that I want to activate with Telus, however when I check the IMEI on Telus and on Koodo it states that it will not work on the network. I have confirmed that this is a STL100-3 and has both the LTE and HSPA radios to work on Telus - any idea why it states it is not compatible on the network when I check it?

Hi Jackdow! As long as your device is unlocked you should be ok on the Telus HSPA network. However, you will not have LTE connectivity.

Why not? Z10 supports LTE.

Hi, is this an unlock device from a different mobile provider? If yes, it should work on our network I if the frequencies are correct, you should be able to use LTE, but we can't be 100% sure until will have the IMEI number of your phone.
