How will you know when and how much will you pay for your monthly bill ? Does telus will send me my bill by email ?

The bill is created shortly after the end of the billing cycle so it includes any extra items you might have consumed during the period.

Set up your services in the 'My Account' section, and you can review your bill any time. The email address you put there will become the address to which any notifications are sent.

thanks but it says it should be approved by account manager ,i tried to make my dad and my brother's my account it also says it should be approved by account manager

Unless you are the "Owner" of those accounts, you have to get approval of the account owner to be able to manage them, and the account owner has to give you appropriate permissions to manage their accounts.  I'm not sure if these nominations can be done for personal accounts, but I know it can for business accounts where there could be a department that manages all the phones issued to employees.

 

You may have to manage each separately, or call Telus to merge them into one account.

but regardless of telus my account , are they still going to give me my bill on my yahoo mail ?

They should send you notification of the bill, if they know where to email it.  Due to privacy requirements, usually you'd need to log in to see the bill details.

Your billing cycle is the 30 day period that you accumulate usage. The minutes, data and text you use. However you will notice that the rate plan and features are always billed 30 days ahead. So if your cycle ends on the 7th. Then November 7th your bill will print and it will show all the usage from October 8-November 7th and bill you the rateplan from November 8-December 7. It will be due 3 weeks after this. You will NOT receive any notifications unless you are the account owner. Even if the account owner gives you permission account members don't receive notifications unless the account owner sets up the members email or number to get the SMS. You can have email notifications and text set up but not multiple email addresses or mutilple SMS notifications.
