Apple: Safe Mode

To recover from Safe Mode, perform one of the following actions:

 

  1. Tap the Restart button in the Safe Mode Notification Dialog.
  2. Hold down the Sleep / Wake Button on the top of the phone for a few seconds. Drag your finger along the “slide to power off” slider until the iPhone turns off. Press the Sleep / Wake Button again for a few seconds until it turns on again.

 

 

If the issue persists, it may be due to a conflict with an installed or recently changed application. There is no additional troubleshooting that Telus can provide for this issue. Contact Apple directly by dialing 1-800-263-3394.
