Can account manager access my call and text log history- in family account? Like to and from calls or texts?

Hi @Amankaur - yes they can.

Unless you have an iPhone and the other person has an iPhone. In that case the texts are sent via iMessage and we don't have records of those.

If you call using FaceTime or FaceTime Audio then we don't have records of those either.

Basically, any internet-based application we don't have records of those i.e Skype, Whatsapp, etc.

As sort of mentioned, it depends on your device.  iMessage sent and received messages use data and are funneled through Apple's servers, not sent over SMS/MMS, unless you are sending a message to a non-iPhone user from an iPhone.  On Android for texts, most devices will use SMS/MMS unless their messaging app and device supports RCS.  RCS works similar to iMessage.  Otherwise, those texts will go over SMS/MMS, which means they will show in your usage.  All traditional calls made made over cellular and received over cellular will show in your usage.
