Hello, I was upgrading my phone and realised I had forgotten to hit the Bring it Back slider so I don't have to do the Bring it Back program and somewhere in there my browser glitched and I had to refresh the page. Which I did and I was able to complete my order and I double checked the cart and I only saw one phone in it so I figured I was ok and completed my order. I got my email with the order number and figured everything was good, then when I went into the app just now I noticed it says I have multiple orders. Both for the same phone but with 2 very different order numbers. Is there a way to fix this online or am I going to have to call the customer care line when they're open?

I ended up calling the webstore service live when they were open. The Support people here were great but I needed to talk to the webstore people specifically. The number is 1-866-488-2709, I copied and pasted it from the Telus support page that comes up when I googled Telus contact. They're open during the day, didn't take long for me either I think I was on the phone 10-15 minutes. For me it turned out to be a glitch, hopefully it's the same for you.
